What a Week Costs at Different Levels
One item a day for seven days, using confirmed restaurant prices.
| Item | Each | Seven days | Calories for the week |
|---|---|---|---|

| Chicken Nuggets | £4.69 | £32.83 | 1,785 kcal |
| WHOPPER | £6.19 | £43.33 | 4,165 kcal |
| Fries | £2.49 | £17.43 | 1,925 kcal |
Prices vary by restaurant. This is a cost illustration rather than a dietary recommendation.
Eating Here on a Budget Without Eating the Same Thing Daily
The gap between the cheapest and dearest way to eat at Burger King is wide enough that planning genuinely changes the bill. The cheapest item on the UK menu costs £0.30, and the King Savers section keeps a run of low priced items available permanently rather than as a rotating offer.
Mixing is what makes a plan work. Two or three cheap days carry one expensive one, and the calorie total behaves the same way. The planner shows both numbers side by side so a week that fits the budget can also be checked against a sensible daily average.
Ways to Bring a Planned Week Down
- Swap one premium burger for two entry level ones. The Hamburger at £1.49 is the cheapest burger with a confirmed price.
- Drop the drink. Water costs nothing at the counter and takes a real slice off both the bill and the calorie total.
- Regular rather than large sides. The step up in portion rarely matches the step up in price.
- The BBQ Dip Pot, Mayo Dip Pot, Sweet Chilli Dip Pot sit at the bottom of the price list and stretch a budget furthest.
- Collection rather than delivery. Delivery apps add a markup on the food itself, not only on the fees line.
Planning a Week Without Guessing
Setting a weekly budget before you order changes what you order. The planner totals real menu prices as you fill each slot, so the number you see is what the week costs rather than an estimate.
Calories total alongside the money, which makes the trade offs visible: a cheaper week is not automatically a lighter one. Prices come from the full menu price list.
Checking the Nutrition Rather than the Cost?
The calorie calculator breaks a single order down by fat, salt, sugar and protein.
Meal Planner Questions
It depends entirely on what goes in the plan. Seven Hamburgers come to £10.43. Seven WHOPPERs come to £43.33. Adding Fries at £2.49 to each day adds £17.43 on top.

UK guidance puts the average adult at around 2,000 kcal a day for women and 2,500 kcal for men. The planner shows a per day average so you can see where a week lands.
Yes. The planner has a breakfast row on every day, and the breakfast menu items appear in the picker. Only 12 items are on that menu and not every branch serves it.
36 items have no confirmed restaurant price in the data this site uses. They can still be added to a plan for the calorie count, but they add nothing to the cost total.
Yes. The print button opens a clean weekly grid with the totals, ready to pin up or share.
No. These are restaurant prices. Delivery apps charge more for the same food before any delivery fee, so a planned week ordered through an app costs materially more. See the delivery page.
